Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using services provided by Coderno and the principles of cooperation. The Terms apply from the moment of acceptance by the Client.
2. Company Information
The service provider is Coderno, located in Starachowice, Poland, Tax ID: 664-215-07-38. Contact: kontakt@coderno.pl, tel. +48 453 418 428.
3. Scope of Services
Coderno provides services in software development, process automation and MVP development. The detailed scope of services is specified in the agreement concluded with the Client.
4. Obligations of Parties
The Client is obliged to cooperate in the project implementation process, provide necessary materials and information, and pay fees on time. The Service Provider is obliged to provide services in accordance with the agreement and best technical knowledge.
5. Payments
Payments are made according to deadlines agreed in the contract. In case of payment delays, statutory interest is charged. All prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT, unless the agreement states otherwise.
6. Liability
Coderno is liable for damages resulting from improper performance of services within the scope provided by law. Coderno is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of delivered solutions or Client's actions inconsistent with instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
Copyright to developed software belongs to the Client after full payment of fees. Until full payment, copyrights remain with the Service Provider. The Client receives a license to use the software in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of information obtained during cooperation. This obligation also applies after the end of cooperation.
9. Final Provisions
Terms may be changed with one month's notice. In matters not regulated in the Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's seat.
